Why we love this Wine
Adelaide Hills Syrah holds a special place in our wine racks. Here, a gently treated version from the place Beyond The Pines known as Wind River Vineyard. 40% whole bunch and ten months in old oak with no additions albeit a smidge of sulphur at bottling make for an elegant style, tying florals, dark berry flavours, soft tannin and both green herbs and olive. Has us weekday dreaming of slow summer weekends and balcony BBQs. Yum!
