Champagne Bertrand-Delespierre was born in 1980 as Chantal Delespierre and Didier Bertrand united, and is now helmed by their children Adrien and Clémence. With vines in four villages: Chamery, Ecueil, Villedommange and Montbré, all classified Premier Cru, the building blocks of this fizz (Pinot Noir 45%, Chardonnay 30% and Pinot Meunier 25%) are enviable. Delivering on potential perfectly, this is fresh, floral, vibrant fizz with a pop of grapefruit and a saline finish.
