Prefer a dry, classy Rosé? This is fresh and vibrant with delicious mouth-puckering dryness. Pale in the glass and restrained on the palate, it’s Heathcote Mourvedre, Nebbiolo free run, on Fiano and Chardonnay skins. Wild! The label photo is a field in Jura.
