Why we love this Wine

Air-punches and some good long sniffs the day this came across our tasting table. The name may be a mouthful, but so too the wine; an uber vibrant blend of Albillo Rial and Macabeo grown in granite soil. Your nose will twitch at the enchanting bouquet of green pears, green olives and their brine, though it belies a more mineral-led palate. A lengthy white, with acid and balance. If you're eager to sample some of the exciting stuff coming out of Madrid, we can't think of a better place to start.
