Arneis from the Langhe in Piedmont, if you don’t terribly mind! This DOC status edit is produced by the Bera family on their 30 hectares in a mid-weight, refined style. True to varietal form, expect the best of spiced pear and honeyed grapefruit, Alpine minerality and lemon cream. Just so food friendly.
