Why we love this Wine
This one’s other-worldly in a way that only Nebbiolo can manifest. Grown from calcareous clay soils in the Langhe, Alladio undergoes a week-long ferment, malo and two years in large format oak. Freed upon the earth as an ethereally pale, almost fire-tinged red, Alladio delivers a cloud of rose and violet, returning to earth with a structural palate of savoury notes, red berries, and that essential dry Nebbiolo charm.
