Fresh and fanciful Chardonnay with a buttery undercurrent from Burgundy’s Saint Romain region. Big spring vibes here, it’s all jasmine, lemon trees, and light breezes on the nose, with plenty more on the palate. Twelve months in oak lends layers of tarte tatin, honey, smoke and thoughtful minerality.
