Why we love this Wine
A spicy, lightly structured blend of Pinot and Syrah; perfumed, ever-so fresh. Brimful with summer fruits, in taut, balanced tension with a pleasing blue flower lift. The 85% Syrah is destemmed for a whole berry ferment, while there are a few whole bunches in with the 15% Pinot Noir. A light-medium bodied lunchtime hero. And now, we're off to write Ben Haines some fan mail.
