Ben Haines, it's a slam-dunk, from the label art to the wildly textural rosé you're throwing our way. Fragrant earthy herbs, a saline core, unmistakably fruity peach and grapefruit. Somehow that spritzy quality, alongside spice and a wee little oxidative lick. Yum, and done.
