Why we love this Wine
The cool Gippsland climate is easily one of Australia’s best Pinot Noir producing regions and with pilot turned winemaker John Ellis at the helm, his 2020 Pinot soars to new heights. A seductive bright ruby glow helps paint the picture of what’s inside the bottle, with aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries and orange peel giving way to a complex bouquet showing damp earth, cedar and notes of subtle, spicy oak. A slice of Burgundian brilliance in our own backyard.
