Why we love this Wine
Lately, we’ve been digging the wines from Tasmanian sparkling wine guru, Natalie Fryer. The Bis NV is just gorgeous. The bubbles are fine and energetic, the fruit palate awash with aromas and flavours of redcurrant and strawberry along with hints of white flowers, Turkish Delight, clotted cream, fresh apple pastries and brioche. Long, elegant and fine on the finish.
