Why we love this interesting drink
Bitters, but not too bitter— a stroll through the Beechworth Orchard instead offers bergamot, yuzu, lime and orange joined by 32 botanicals. Built around a citrus amaro base, the heavenly haze of aroma is enough to enchant even Amaro-hesitant punters. Sweetness is gentle, as is the slightly medicinal tang so many bitters boast. Over ice you can't go wrong, but this is such a treat to sip neat as well.
