Rosé can be pure, crisp and lean. BUT, ferment in French oak hogsheads, mature on lees for seven months, and allow full malolactic fermentation. The resulting elixir is on a whole other level. Badaboom-badabing, you've got complexity and mid-palate texture alongside your strawberry and musk notes. From the cooler Basket Range of the Adelaide Hills, this is a blend of Pinot Noir (40%) and Syrah (60%) to chill for any season's drinking.
