We love a less hefty, light on its toes Cabernet blend, and this approachable three-way from the Basket Range is exactly that. There's a little Merlot in the mix (10%) and Petit Verdot (10%), which complement the Cab Sav (80%) of it all charmingly. Picked a little later in the cool season 0f 2023, 100% destemmed as whole berries, vat fermented. An absolute bonanza of berries, berries, berries.
