Winner winner, chicken dinner. Whole bunch fruit, handled gently, gives this flightless bird a little mid-palate lift. Gentle tannin, spice, stemmy complexity. Chill down to increase slurpability. Sholto and Louis Broderick doing what the brothers do best; low intervention, an unconventional blend. Delish.
