There is a lot going on where this pinot noir comes from. On a steep north-facing slope overlooking the Don Valley in Tasmania, the top elevation is 280m. With one of the longest growing seasons in Tasmania, expect real elegance, complexity and cool climate class. The cherries, violets and spice all start with terroir.
