No tractors. No machines, this wine is a journey, and has already been on one. It sits on skins, goes into chestnut and acacia barrels for a year, then rests in concrete to settle for another 9 months. An elegant and complex Valtelina Superiore, expect red fruits, flowers, spice, and food-friendly tannins.
