Why we love this Wine
Wines made by the sea in Robe SA by Aunt Alice. A labour of love in the winery, wild ferment was followed twice weekly lees stirring, with one portion destined for oak to create that creaminess and texture, and the tank portion contributing pretty florals, citrus and summer melon. As unassumingly delightful and refreshing as Robe itself.
