Palooza doesn't take itself too seriously, and neither should you. Aubert & Mathieu work clay-limestone slopes in the Pays d'Oc, picking Grenache at night to keep the fruit cool and fresh. Simple winemaking seeking out the brightness of the style. Raspberry, peach, morello cherry, a squeeze of lemon zest. Light on its feet. Easy as that.
