Why we love this Wine
Light on its feet, which is helpful at high altitudes in the Whitlands Plateau. This is unadorned Chardonnay; bright and refreshing, with clarity of flavour, wild fermented and aged on lees in old hogsheads. Citrus and pineapple bookend a creamy, peachy mid palate. Bottled unfiltered and lightly fined, from Melbourne-based sommelier Liam O’Brien. Fresh but classic.
