Why we love this Wine
If we handed you a notepad and asked you to make a list of the great bubbles of the Adelaide Hills, we’d bet money this wine would be at the top. It’s disgorged after two years on lees, with ageing, dosage-driven texture, and natural acidity all playing their part. Damn good, pardon our French.
