Why we love this Wine
Ashton Hills have been racking up more medals than Thorpey, and they can thank their Chardonnays for quite a few of them. This limited release draws fruit from two of their famed Piccadilly Valley sites. Cool climate, old and new Burgundian oak. Nectarine, jasmine and cashews. Well worth ageing, but if you die tomorrow you'll regret it.
