Why we love this Wine
Pet Nat from the Southern Highlands, it’s Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir on skins for a bit with a light fizz going on. Bottled with about 10g/L of residual sugar and disgorged for a cleaner finish, it’s still a little cloudy, with Rosé-like characteristics, and 100% fun. Is it apéro hour yet?
