Something to freshen your Friday, an uber-fun Pinot Grigio that's electric with crisp citrus and a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Fermented over 18 days, winemaker Dave Mackintosh has extracted every iota of flavour his fruit can offer, capitalising on the potency of ironstone-rich soils throughout the Yarra Station and Cahilton vineyards in the Lower Yarra Valley. This was matured a few months before bottling but still feels young and assertive on the palate.
