Why we love this Wine
Wild fermentation with some carbonic maceration and whole berry clusters. Barrel fermented and aged in neutral French oak. Upfront fruit flavours, a little fizz, a lashing of gaminess, lots of personality. Earth and cherries, fun, different and authentic.
