‘Alpine Neb’ beauties are in a league of their own, and this Rosso di Valtellina one comes from one of Alto Piedmont’s premiere producers. Always prettier than you’re expecting. Less sinewy and grippy, and more sweetly seductive. Fine tannins, bursting with violets, a pinch of cocoa, and a spray of salinity. A thing of wonder.
