Why we love this Wine
A sparkling that doesn't try to be Champagne, just properly good bubbles. The Keoghan family have been coaxing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay out of their Adelaide Hills vineyard since 1998, and this non-vintage blend is their elegant house style in a glass: fine bead, creamy mousse, a fleck of acid and minerality. Lemon and lime straight up, stone fruit and dried herbs through the middle, a toasty touch of nougat or dough to round it out. Polished and properly drinkable. Fridge door regular.
