Why we love this Wine
Spankingly good Pinot Noir from the Adelaide Hills. Velvety and plush, with a lot of attractive fragrance up front. Spicy and earthy and slightly green. Think fresh picked fennel fronds and spring flowers, cut grass and red cherry. Something smokey and savoury at the heart. 2025 was a "vigneron's vintage" if ever there was one, and energetic drops like this are the spoils. A Pinot Noir for the Pinot Noir die-hards (and everyone in between).
