A slightly unusual blend of Gamay (from Beaujolais), Trousseau and Enfariné, unfiltered and unfined for maximum natural expression. Medium, long and truly delicious, sink a few glasses and you’ll be as convinced as we are that Mother Nature is an absolute minx.
