Why we love this Wine
Beaujolais Gamay and Jura Chardonnay. Sure, why not? Sounds like a match made in heaven, really. In the winery, a bit of semi-carbonic maceration to partially crushed whole bunches, no punchdowns or pumpovers… Nothing added… Have we still got you? This is red apple and cherry, gummies and grace… Avant-garde insanity, and a bit of a wonder wine.
