Why we love this Wine
Chardonnay + limestone rich soils = a snazzy old time. Fermented with indigenous yeast, matured on lees in demi-muid barrels— this is complex but refreshing, with lovely minerality that tickles the tongue. We're not quick to call something a special occasion wine (every day is special, no?) but this does feel special as you drink it— a smashing expression of Jura's hallowed terroir. Begs for white meats and fish and overblown storytelling as the sun dips.
