The Ganevats are making expressive wines from next level terroir, ensuring the nuances of each parcel shine on through. ‘La Barraque’ is aged on fine lees for 2 years in demi-muids, topped up along the way. Their love and care translates to a glassful of apricot and honeyed apple, cedar and earth, with that wicked minerality that only exceptional soils can deliver.
