A very special Jura Sometimes. The Ganevats are making expressive wines from next level terroir, ensuring the nuances of each parcel shine on through. ‘La Barraque’ is aged on fine lees for 2 years in demi-muids, topped up along the way. Their love and care translates to a glassful of apricot and honeyed apple, cedar and earth, with that wicked minerality that only exceptional soils can deliver.
