Why we love this Wine
Winemaker Andrea Calek was in the Czech army, went wandering through France, marched into the natural wine community in southern Rhone, and never looked back. Syrah grown on limestone and clay, short maceration not carbonic, no sulphur. Light and alive. An elegant and complex shiraz-sorry-syrah the magical way it can be.
