Why we love this Wine

Glistening citrus splash with a little briny complexity and bright acidity. Amélie Guillot gives us ever la lutte raisonnée (the reasoned struggle). Sparing and selective use of agrochemicals in the vineyard, striking balance in the pursuit of absolute premium quality fruit. This Savagnin sees the Jura-native grape flexing it's form. Topped up, so not so much of the oxidative character here, still angular but a more pure sampling of the variety.
