Why we love this Wine
Amélie Guillot does characteristic Jura styles as well as anyone on the scene, and this plush Poulsard is something a little different, that delivers. There's hibiscus and spice in the aromatic mix, and wild strawberries on the palate. Not too acid driven, only slight sweetness. A chameleon wine that can play with food or stand alone strongly. Slam dunk.
