Why we love this interesting drink

A winemaker and a brewer walk into a cellar… the result? Semillon Sour, a collab brew from the good folks at McLaren Vale’s Alpha Box & Dice and Sydney’s Young Henrys. Made from the brewery’s From Where You'd Guava Be Sour and Newtowner Pale Ale blended in old Lazarus Bianco barrels and topped with Golden Mullet Fury lees. Melon and apricot hits you first, then a zest tang and gentle fizz continue all the way to to the bottom of the bottle.
