Why we love this interesting drink
A beer? A wine? This is a border-crossing, style-blurring blend of both. McLaren Vale's Alpha Box & Dice have teamed up with Sydney brewery Young Henrys to make a limited-edition run of this Pinot Noir Sour. Made from Newtowner Pale Ale and Pinot Noir left to mingle in the barrel for 14 months, it's amber in the glass with hints of sour cherries and a malty caramel goodness. Good times.
