From AB&D’s X range comes a bleeding good dry Rosé for your drinking pleasure. Powered by the Very Special Shiraz, the Saignée technique means Sam has bled extra juice off fermented Shiraz to make a more intense type of Rosé. Structural strawberries and cream, if you will, with a dash of herb. Silky yet with the impetus to sub in as a red for a ton of meals. A tiny quantity produced!
