Take a selective harvest of McLaren Vale Grenache early one morn, direct press for next-to-no time on skins, ferment to the point of dryness (sprinkle a little fairy dust too), and you're left with the flirtiest rosé we've had in a while. Bright, elegant acid and tickly texture, with fresh apples and strawberries on the nose. Classy stuff from the Yinmore Vineyard.
