Why we love this Wine
Fresh strawberries, savoury earth and subtle spice… Wowee. Welcome to the red Wendy, a special slow burner project for AB&D. Grown on an easterly aspect on the St Clar vineyard, Adelaide Hills, for Sam this one was all about respecting the fruit - three clones at that. Each parcel fermented separately, 20% whole bunch and naturally fermented. This is a stunning Pinot worth the wait.
