Wendy, our welcomed friend is back. Subtly decadent, once given the time to open up, white flowers and orchard fruits roll out the carpet. Adelaide Hills Chardonnay naturally fermented in barrel and 10% in new Austrian oak. The result? All fresh apples and white petals, with a welcoming burst of acidity travelling the length. Minerality and saline textures. Cellar for up to ten, or drink now.
