Why we love this Wine
AB&D are making a bit of a statement by releasing two single vineyard Grüners. Bonoposto sits around 500m above sea level, allowing grapes a longer, slower ripening period - and plenty of delish acidity. Crisp and mineral with a chalky edge, winemaker Sam fermented in old oak to build out texture and wrap that minerality in a little extra textural fruit. So food friendly.
