A mistress you can embrace in plain sight, this one’s an ode to the endless toil of AB&D’s workers mistress-esque grip vintage has on their lives once a year. Wild fermented for ten days on skins and softly pressed to old French, it’s come out the other side with a vintage swagger of earthy spice and silty tannins, carrying notes of ripe plum and olive to a long and savoury finish.
