Why we love this Wine

McLaren Vale's Alpha Box & Dice have found a cult favourite with this innovative take on the Ripasso method, where they pass a blend of multiple varieties and vintages over freshly-pressed skins to breathe new life into the seasoned wine. This is the third bottling of Lazarus and is primarily Barbera, but comprises of wines across 11 vintages. Pickled cherries, pepper, violets, raisins and hay dominate. A true conversation starter.
