Why we love this Wine
Hand harvested from Adelaide Hills from a 230 clone in Kenton Valley planted in 2018. If you can't guess already, AB&D like to get nerdy about their Nebbiolo and we all benefit as a result. Wild fermentation with one-third of the fruit spending a whopping 300 days of maceration on skins before a further 20 months of maturation in seasoned barriques. Turkish Delight, blackcurrants, Cherry Cola, leather and spice are all present – a great 'drink now' style of aussie Nebb.
