Why we love this Wine
Hand harvested in two picks from Adelaide Hills, half came from a 230 clone in Kenton Valley planted in 2018, and the other from a Mudgee clone in Kuitpo planted in 2011. If you can't guess already, AB&D like to get nerdy about their Nebbiolo and we all benefit as a result. Wild fermentation and six weeks total maceration on skins before 26 months of maturation in seasoned barriques. Note: 45% fruit spent a whopping 196 days on skins. Turkish Delight, blackcurrants, Cherry Cola, leather and spice are all present – a great 'drink now' style of aussie Nebb.
