Super bright acidity, plush white stonefruit and a whiff of flinty reduction make a pact with a lick of oak and a leesy handshake. 40% fermented in new French oak, this one gives plenty while staying on track with plenty of layered length in a cloud of aromatic white blossom and golden apples. Plays nice with Crayfish or roasted cauliflower.
