The Graillot family consult on the crafting of this rare bird; a North African Syrah that showcases the decidedly undersung potential of Morocco's Zenata region, nestled amongst the Middle Atlas Mountains. It feels fitting that this precise red is so juicy and perfumed, with clouds of spice and the influence of red and black clay. 100% destemmed, fermented in concrete vats and transferred to aged Burgundian oak casks. Stewed fruit and a crack of pepper— commit to the theme and serve with something richly spiced like a tagine.
