Why we love this Wine
In Marzabotto, home of Al di là del fiume, this was “everyday wine” for the peasants a few generations ago. It drinks like history, authenticity and humble practices. 100% Albana grapes produced with biodynamic practices. Natural ferments in Italian amphorae for few months. Peach and almond notes with refreshing acid and complexity. They were onto something.
