Al di là del Fiume means ‘Beyond the River’.... A wonderfully whimsical name for this winery in the Bologna Hills run by Danila Mongardi and Gabriele Monti. Biodynamically farmed grapes and a super range of lo-fi wines for our enjoyment. Here, it’s a 100% Grechetto Pet Nat - pure, perfumed, pithy and brimming with natty vitality.
